Manager for Counting Crows, 3 Doors Down, Jameson Rodgers

Red Light Management's JP Durant has been managing bands and artists for over 14 years, with experience in multiple genres including Rock, Country and CCM. As a day-to-day manager, his clients are Counting Crows and 3 Doors Down, but he also manages rising country star, Jameson Rodgers, Third Day and Mac Powell. Originally from Michigan, JP has called Nashville home for over 11 years.

Morgan Young

Manager for The Revivalists, The Ghost of Paul Revere, Opiuo, Michigander

Morgan Young has been a manager at C3 for over 8 years.  After 13 years as a talent buyer and producer of festivals and concerts including the Telluride Jazz Festival, he went on to become a manager at Velour Music Group in New York City.  After 15 years in NYC, he moved to Denver where he opened the C3 footprint in 2017.  Current clients include The Revivalists, Opiuo, David Shaw, Flamingosis, The Ghost of Paul Revere, Michigander and Dava.

Marisol Segal

Marisol Segal is a Los Angeles native with more than 20 years of experience in music and technology. She started her career at record labels (Interscope Records, Capitol Records) and in artist management before transitioning into music tech in 2005, where she’s experienced multiple exits to publicly traded companies. She currently serves as Head of Digital Partnerships at AEG Presents.

Partner

Eric Tobias an entrepreneur and venture investor. He has founded and led 3 different companies to successful exits to public companies. His last company, iGoDigital, was acquired by Salesforce. Today, he spends his time as a Partner at High Alpha, a venture studio in Indianapolis that conceives, launches and scales high-growth B2B software companies.

Meghann is the Chief Marketing Officer for Mandolin, leading both client and fan marketing. She is a passionate live music fan and digital marketer, meaning her role at Mandolin sits at the intersection of the things she loves. Prior to joining Mandolin, she led Enterprise and Product Marketing for Ticketmaster.
