Introducing Fan Navigator Insights
Add data expert to your growing resume with Fan Navigator Insights, an AI-driven recommendation engine that automatically surfaces engagement and revenue opportunities within your data, along with advice on how to execute and measure.
Data Source Tagging
When uploading CSV data into Fan Navigator, we ask you to assign a Data Type, be it merch orders, fan club data, or ticket buyers. Doing so allows you to aggregate all data of a specific type when filtering for an audience or report. But let’s say you’d like to be able to differentiate between merch orders placed from fans on tour versus your online store. With our new Data Source tagging capabilities, you can do just that.
Analytics Explorer
Curious if the release of your new album caused a spike in streaming and social followers? In addition to updating the Analytics UI to include even more detailed charts of the 70+ data points available, we’ve added the ability to overlay multiple data points in a single view.

The Overview tab has been retooled to enhance the user experience, giving you a clearer picture of fandom growth, audiences you’ve built and our new Insights feed—all on one page.

Additional Quality of Life Improvements
Help Center Launch
To help users quickly and easily find answers to questions about Fan Navigator or Artist Fan Pages, we’ve added a self-serve Help Center, chock full of guides and tutorials on how to get started in either tool.
Self-Serve Billing
With the launch of integrated billing, users can now easily upgrade editions and change the payment information on the new Billing tab. Users can also keep an eye on how close they are approaching their billed contacts limit on this tab.
